Candidates' CVs are checked to establish their technical skills, experience and personal qualities on paper. We validate the CVs by the academic background of the candidate, the company they work for, their career record, and their experience profile in terms of roles, responsibilities, skills and accomplishments. Only candidates who measure up to the standards of our clients are considered for detailed evaluation. A qualified recruiter verifies the candidates, if they can live up to their CVs. However, we only conduct high-level screening using checklists and question banks. We do not do in-depth interviews.

1. CV Validation - Each resume is validated on the basis of education, quality of experience, roles & responsibilities handled, skills, domain knowledge to denitrify key skills & strengths that may interest you.
2. Personal or telephonic meeting - Understand the profile better in terms of skills, quality of experience, personality etc., understand and counsel on career choices and preferences etc. We try and assess if the CV is an appropriate representation of the candidate.
3. Matching the profiles against client requirements and comparing the indices against client standards.

4. Conveying the requirements to candidates, assessing their level of interest in client company, checking if they have interviewed by the client before, understanding and setting their expectations before referring them to our clients.
5. Coordinating interviews, post-interview follow-up and counselling.
6. Continuous engagement of the candidate till they join your company. In cases where the candidates reject your offer, provide information on the reasons.
